Raid Requirements

-Be on time! Invites start at 5:45 pm server time and first pull is at 6:00 pm server time. On time means in the instance at or before the scheduled pull time. Late would include "on the bird", "just finishing up the pre-req quest", playing an alt, or "have a Warlock summon me".

-Should you be absent, late or gone for an extended period of time please make sure to post in our #mia text channel on our discord server. 

-Review the strategy thread or #strategy_talk on our discord server for the encounter.  No arguing strats during the raid, if you have some better ideas, bring it up on the forums/discord. 

-Have your stuff ready e.g. gear is gemmed and enchanted repaired, flasks, potions, health pots etc..

-You must be on Discord Voice & know who the raid leader is and ensure you can hear them.

-There is a time for fun and shenanigans on voice chat and there is a time for business. Know those times and respect them.

-Required addons EPGP Lootmaster, Deadly Boss Mods, Weak Auras & Exorsus Raid Tools. Have your mods installed and working BEFORE the raid.

-Being afk or otherwise distracted for periods of time is not acceptable. Do not bail out of the Raid early. Sometimes it cannot be avoided and we understand. However, do not get a reputation of skipping out of a Raid whenever things get tough. End-game raiding means taking the good with the bad.

-Making a mistake that wipes us is fine - making multiple mistakes ending in wipes is not. You will be removed from the Raid if you make a fun experience a trip to hell.

 -Players who miss 4 consecutive raids will have their EP reset for the remainder of the tier and can lose their spot on the raid roster. 

Spec

LYL is a Raiding Guild and you are expected to spec your character accordingly. Embrace the primary Raid responsibility for your class and use your Talents to support that responsibility.

If you are not spec’d properly you will be asked to respec. If you do not, you will be removed from the raid until you do so and can play the spec to our expectations.

Raid Attendance 

We encourage you to maintain as close to 100% raid attendance as possible. We understand real life happens but during progression please do your best to attend as missing a night can severely impact the team. Should you be absent, late or gone for an extended period of time please make sure to post in our #mia text channel on our discord server. If your attendance falls below 90% you may be put on Standby for mythic raids.

• Players who miss 4 consecutive raids (2 weeks worth) will have their EP reset for the remainder of the tier and can lose their spot on the raid roster.

 
Standby EP

If you are on the official Standby List and DO NOT make it into the Raid, you will be awarded FULL EP for the night.  However, if you are needed in ANY capacity and you are not readily available, you will not be awarded EP.  The following include some examples of earning no EP:

• Unavailable when a Raid spot opens for any reason (AFK, PvP-ing, PuG-ing, at the bar)
• You are missing during a random availability check / EPGP Award Session

The raid leader or EPGP admin will place in guild chat “Raid is now full PST for standby EP” at raid START TIME.  It is YOUR responsibility to inform the raid leader or EPGP admin that you would like to receive standby EP. You have 5 minutes in order to receive standby EP, after which you are not eligible for EP.  Please do not send a tell 5 minutes or later into the raid asking for standby EP.

We believe in  the concept of fair play and teamwork therefore we use EPGP to meet the goal of respecting everyone’s time. Please refer to this article on how it works.

All BoE's paid for with EPGP must be equipped.
